Every week here at The Owl Centre, we meet adults who are only just discovering they have ADHD – often after years of feeling “not quite good enough” at work. Yet time and again, we see how quickly things can change when the right understanding and adjustments are in place.

Thanks to our Workplace Assessment service, we give employers practical tools to support their neurodivergent staff – from workplace ADHD and sensory assessments, to neurodiversity-friendly training for teams and managers.

Our latest data, based on over 6,000 neurodiversity assessments for ADHD in the last 12 months alone, shows that 4 in 5 adults with ADHD receive no workplace support. This is a gap we urgently need to close. It’s been fantastic to see HR Magazine, Personnel Today and Workplace Wellbeing Professional helping to raise awareness of this issue. With understanding and the right approach, ADHD can be a superpower in the workplace. Let’s make ADHD-friendly workplaces the norm, not the exception.
