How The Owl Centre in Education works
1. Initial consultation
We kick things off with a free discussion with our Education Liaison manager to understand the needs and requirements of your school.
2. Needs Analysis
We consider your budget, and tailor our services to your needs – this will be reviewed as we go along.
3. Package Proposal
Once we have an idea of what you require, we will send you a Package Proposal, outlining the package and any other important information.
4. Service Delivery
Our therapists visit your school to provide in-person support as agreed in our Service Level Agreement. We also offer online support as and when required, based on your preferences and needs.
5. Ongoing Review and Feedback
It’s important to us that you are happy with the service from The Owl Centre. We will check in regularly with you and also ask for your feedback.
